Custom event merch and brand activations
Event merchandise has a short window to do its job — often a single weekend — and a hard deadline that does not move because artwork arrived late. That changes what we recommend. Designs that need tight registration or a dozen screens are the wrong call against a fixed date; artwork built for one or two colours is what actually ships on time.
The pieces themselves range further than apparel. Totes and drawstring bags outlive the event because attendees use them to carry everything else home. Etched glassware sits on a shelf for decades, which is why commemorative work goes into the surface rather than onto it. And a print can carry a function as well as a mark — we have run a full-back QR code that had to stay scannable, which is a printing problem long before it is a design one.
