Yes, our minimum order for embroidery is 24 pieces total per order. This helps offset the digitizing costs and ensures quality production.

Standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days after artwork approval and digitizing. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

We provide a digital proof and stitch count estimate before production. Physical samples can be produced for an additional fee, which will be credited to your final order.

We use industry-standard thread colors and can match most Pantone colors. We'll provide thread color recommendations based on your artwork.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best for digitizing. Simple, clean artwork with minimal small details produces the best embroidery results.

Send us your design and quantity requirements for a custom quote. We'll provide pricing including digitizing fees and per-piece costs.

Pricing is based on stitch count, quantity ordered, and garment type. There's also a one-time digitizing fee for converting your artwork to an embroidery file.

Standard maximum size is 4" x 4" for left chest designs and 11" x 11" for full back designs. Larger sizes may be possible depending on the garment.
