01 — The difference

A printer that answers, not a checkout that guesses

An online bulk uploader

  • — Price quoted before anyone has looked at your artwork
  • — No proof, or a proof you cannot change
  • — Color "close enough" to your brand guide
  • — Support is a ticket queue in another time zone
  • — Reorder next year does not match this year

Boring Tees

  • — A human reviews your art before quoting it
  • — Digital proof, revised until you approve it
  • — Pantone matched to your actual brand values
  • — 786-302-9144 reaches someone who knows your job
  • — Artwork, inks and garments documented for the reorder
  • — We will point you to the cheaper method, even when it earns us less

02 — Serving Flagler Village

Why Flagler Village orders look the way they do

Flagler Village and the FAT Village arts district next to it are the densest concentration of creative businesses in Fort Lauderdale — design and marketing agencies, small tech startups working out of shared office space, independent art collectives, and craft breweries that treat their taproom merch as a real product line rather than an afterthought. All of them tend to design first and ask about print method second, which means they end up with full-color artwork, gradients and photography more often than a one- or two-color logo.

That is exactly the case where the choice between screen printing and DTF matters and is not obvious. Screen printing charges a setup per ink color per location, so it is the cheaper route for a one- or two-color mark at a real quantity — a brewery's single-color tap-room logo on 100 shirts, for example. DTF has no per-color setup at all, so a five-color gig poster design or a full-color agency launch tee usually costs less through DTF, especially under a hundred pieces. We price both when the artwork calls for it and tell you which one actually wins, rather than defaulting to whichever is easier for us.

03 — How it works

Four steps. You do two of them.

Turnaround is measured from proof approval, not from your first email — which means getting final artwork to us early is the single biggest thing you control.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Quantity, garment, artwork and your date. If you do not know which print method fits, say so — recommending one is part of the quote, not an upsell.

  2. 02

    You get a real quote

A written number, broken out so you can see what the garments cost, what the setup costs and what each print location adds. Not a range, and not "starting at."

  3. 03

    Approve the digital proof

We send a proof showing exact placement, dimensions and colors on the garment color you picked. Nothing goes to press until you sign off. The production clock starts here.

  4. 04

It prints and ships to you

Screen printing and embroidery run 10–14 business days, DTF 5–7. A 5-day rush is available for 20% more. Shipping is quoted with the job, not tacked on at the end.

04 — Who we print for

Built for how Flagler Village actually orders

Creative & design agencies

Launch tees, client-event apparel and studio merch. Full-color and gradient artwork is the norm here, which usually points to DTF over a multi-color screen print at typical agency quantities.

Tech startups & coworking teams

Team shirts, demo-day apparel and hackathon tees for the small companies working out of shared office space around Flagler Village. One or two colors on a soft retail-fit garment screen prints cheaply and holds up.

Art collectives & FAT Village vendors

Art Walk vendor shirts, collective merch and limited-run prints. Small quantities with detailed artwork are where DTF's lack of a per-color setup fee earns its keep.

Craft breweries & taprooms

Taproom staff shirts and retail merch sold at the bar. A single-color tap logo screen prints well at volume; a seasonal full-color release usually runs cheaper through DTF.

Warehouse & event venues

Staff and vendor apparel for the district's gallery nights, markets and warehouse events. Fixed calendar dates mean the proof needs to be approved well before the event, not the week of.

Streetwear & small apparel brands

Small-batch drops and retail-intent tees. Retail-weight blanks and a soft-hand print or transfer, because the shirt is the product here, not a giveaway.

05 — Methods

Three ways to put your logo on a garment

Screen Printing

14" × 17" max imprint · 10–14 business days

Ink pushed through a stencil, one screen per color. Cheapest per piece at volume on one- and two-color designs, and the most durable finish we offer. Setup is charged per color per location.

Embroidery

Digitized once per logo · 10–14 business days

Stitched directly into the garment. The right choice for polos, quarter-zips, caps and anything worn to work — it survives industrial laundering that would crack a print. Cannot render gradients or hairline type.

DTF Printing

13" × 19" max imprint · 5–7 business days

Full-color transfer heat-pressed onto the garment. No per-color setup, so photographs, gradients and complex artwork cost the same as a one-color logo. Usually the cheapest option under 100 pieces.

06 — What drives your price

No per-shirt price list, because it would be a lie

Anyone quoting you a flat per-shirt number before seeing your artwork is guessing, and the guess is usually low. Four things set the price, and we will show you all four broken out on your quote.

Quantity
Setup is a fixed cost spread across the run, so the per-piece price falls sharply as the order grows. Minimum is 24 pieces, mixed across sizes.
Ink colors
Screen printing charges a setup per color per location. DTF charges none — which is why full-color designs often come out cheaper as DTF below about 100 pieces.
Print locations
Front, back and sleeve are three locations, each its own setup and press pass. The same artwork reused at the same size and colors is charged setup once, not three times.
Garment
The blank is often the largest line on the invoice, especially on fleece and outerwear. We will show you two or three options at different price points rather than picking for you.

24 piecesMinimum order, mixed freely across sizes.

+20%5-business-day rush, when the calendar requires it.

$35Art change fee, if the design moves after approval.

07 — Questions

Screen Printing in Flagler Village, answered

Usually, below roughly a hundred pieces. Screen printing charges a setup per ink color per print location, so a five- or six-color design gets expensive fast at moderate quantities. DTF has no per-color setup — a full-color transfer costs the same whether it is one color or fifty. Past a few hundred pieces of a simple one- or two-color design, screen printing typically wins instead. Send the art and quantity and we will price both rather than pushing whichever is more convenient for us.

No. We are based near College Park, Maryland, and do not offer pickup or a Flagler Village storefront. Orders placed by phone or quote form are confirmed with a digital proof and shipped by UPS or USPS.

Yes. For anything meant to be sold rather than given away, we steer toward retail-weight blanks — Bella+Canvas or Next Level rather than a heavyweight promotional tee — and a soft-hand print or transfer so the shirt does not feel like a giveaway. Tell us it is a retail item when you request the quote and we will select accordingly.

Twenty-four pieces per order, mixed freely across sizes. That is reachable for a five-person agency ordering a launch tee or a taproom restocking staff shirts, and splitting a design across two garment colors still counts toward the same twenty-four.

Ten to fourteen business days for screen printing, 5 to 7 for DTF, both counted from proof approval rather than your first message. A 5-day rush is available for a 20% surcharge if a launch or event date is fixed. Getting finished art to us early is the single biggest thing you control on the timeline.

Yes, through DTF, which reproduces full-color art and photography without the color-count restrictions of screen printing. Send the highest-resolution file you have — a rough export from a design tool is usually fine, but a heavily compressed social media download tends to show artifacts once it is printed at shirt size, and we will flag that before production rather than after.
