01 — The difference

A printer that answers, not a checkout that guesses

An online bulk uploader

  • — Price quoted before anyone has looked at your artwork
  • — No proof, or a proof you cannot change
  • — Color "close enough" to your brand guide
  • — Support is a ticket queue in another time zone
  • — Reorder next year does not match this year

Boring Tees

  • — A human reviews your art before quoting it
  • — Digital proof, revised until you approve it
  • — Pantone matched to your actual brand values
  • — 786-302-9144 reaches someone who knows your job
  • — Artwork, inks and garments documented for the reorder
  • — We will point you to the cheaper method, even when it earns us less

02 — Serving Pompano Beach

Why Pompano Beach orders look the way they do

Pompano Beach has a working waterfront and a working inland side, and both order apparel that is meant to be used, not just worn. Along the marine district and the canals feeding the Intracoastal, canvas shops, upholstery fabricators, riggers and boat service companies need crew shirts and embroidered polos that hold up to fiberglass dust, marine varnish and a full day in the sun. Around Copans Road, Powerline Road and the Pompano Beach Airpark, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and aviation service companies need the same thing in a different setting: durable work shirts and hi-vis apparel that survive a job site.

That kind of buyer cares less about a soft retail hand and more about whether the logo is still legible after fifty washes. Embroidery is usually the right answer for anything worn daily — it does not crack, peel or fade the way a printed logo does under repeated industrial laundering. For crew tees, event shirts and lower-cost giveaways where daily durability matters less, screen printing or DTF keeps the unit cost down.

03 — How it works

Four steps. You do two of them.

Turnaround is measured from proof approval, not from your first email — which means getting final artwork to us early is the single biggest thing you control.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Quantity, garment, artwork and your date. If you do not know which print method fits, say so — recommending one is part of the quote, not an upsell.

  2. 02

    You get a real quote

A written number, broken out so you can see what the garments cost, what the setup costs and what each print location adds. Not a range, and not "starting at."

  3. 03

    Approve the digital proof

We send a proof showing exact placement, dimensions and colors on the garment color you picked. Nothing goes to press until you sign off. The production clock starts here.

  4. 04

It prints and ships to you

Screen printing and embroidery run 10–14 business days, DTF 5–7. A 5-day rush is available for 20% more. Shipping is quoted with the job, not tacked on at the end.

04 — Who we print for

Built for how Pompano Beach actually orders

Marine fabricators & boat services

Embroidered crew shirts and polos for canvas shops, upholstery fabricators, riggers and boat service companies. Thread holds up to fiberglass dust, marine varnish and sun exposure far better than a printed logo.

Trade contractors

Work shirts, embroidered polos and hi-vis apparel for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general contractors working out of the Copans and Powerline corridors. Stitching survives a work week that printing does not.

Aviation & Airpark businesses

Staff and crew apparel for the maintenance, charter and service companies based at Pompano Beach Airpark. Embroidered polos and jackets read as professional around aircraft and clients alike.

Commercial suppliers & distributors

Warehouse and delivery staff tees for the suppliers and distributors along Powerline and Copans. Straightforward one- and two-color screen prints keep the unit cost low at volume.

Auto & powersports shops

Embroidered shop shirts and crew tees for the dealers and service shops along Federal Highway. Reorders in a matching colorway matter more than novelty, so ink and thread colors get documented on order one.

Municipal groups & youth sports

League jerseys, volunteer tees and community event shirts. Twenty-four pieces is reachable for a single team or block group, and a shared crest across teams is one setup rather than several.

05 — Methods

Three ways to put your logo on a garment

Screen Printing

14" × 17" max imprint · 10–14 business days

Ink pushed through a stencil, one screen per color. Cheapest per piece at volume on one- and two-color designs, and the most durable finish we offer. Setup is charged per color per location.

Embroidery

Digitized once per logo · 10–14 business days

Stitched directly into the garment. The right choice for polos, quarter-zips, caps and anything worn to work — it survives industrial laundering that would crack a print. Cannot render gradients or hairline type.

DTF Printing

13" × 19" max imprint · 5–7 business days

Full-color transfer heat-pressed onto the garment. No per-color setup, so photographs, gradients and complex artwork cost the same as a one-color logo. Usually the cheapest option under 100 pieces.

06 — What drives your price

No per-shirt price list, because it would be a lie

Anyone quoting you a flat per-shirt number before seeing your artwork is guessing, and the guess is usually low. Four things set the price, and we will show you all four broken out on your quote.

Quantity
Setup is a fixed cost spread across the run, so the per-piece price falls sharply as the order grows. Minimum is 24 pieces, mixed across sizes.
Ink colors
Screen printing charges a setup per color per location. DTF charges none — which is why full-color designs often come out cheaper as DTF below about 100 pieces.
Print locations
Front, back and sleeve are three locations, each its own setup and press pass. The same artwork reused at the same size and colors is charged setup once, not three times.
Garment
The blank is often the largest line on the invoice, especially on fleece and outerwear. We will show you two or three options at different price points rather than picking for you.

24 piecesMinimum order, mixed freely across sizes.

+20%5-business-day rush, when the calendar requires it.

$35Art change fee, if the design moves after approval.

07 — Questions

Custom T-Shirts in Pompano Beach, answered

No. We are based near College Park, Maryland, and do not offer pickup in Pompano Beach. Orders ship by UPS or USPS to the address you provide, with shipping quoted as part of the job.

Yes. Hi-vis shirts, vests and jackets can carry a logo through screen printing, DTF or embroidery, and we will tell you which method holds up best given how the garment gets washed and worn. For daily job-site wear, embroidery generally outlasts a print, though a bright screen-printed logo can be the more visible option depending on the safety standard you are working to.

Better than a print will. Thread does not crack or peel the way plastisol ink does under repeated exposure to solvents, resin dust and sun, which is why most of the marine fabricators and boat service companies we work with in Pompano Beach order embroidered crew shirts rather than printed ones for daily wear.

Twenty-four pieces per order, mixed freely across sizes. That is reachable for a crew of ten ordering two shirts each, and it applies the same way whether you are a single shop or a company running several crews.

Ten to fourteen business days for screen printing and embroidery, 5 to 7 for DTF, counted from proof approval. A 5-day rush is available for a 20% surcharge. If you need shirts for new hires or a specific job start date, tell us the date up front and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.

Yes. Work jackets, caps and bags are routine for trade and marine businesses, and caps in particular embroider better than they print because of the curved panel and center seam. Send the exact item and we will tell you whether it takes a clean logo before you order a case of them.
