Screen Printing

Ink pushed through a stencil, one screen per color. Cheapest per piece at volume on one- and two-color designs, and the most durable finish we offer. Setup is charged per color per location.

Embroidery

Digitized once per logo · 10–14 business days

Stitched directly into the garment. The right choice for polos, quarter-zips, caps and anything worn to work — it survives industrial laundering that would crack a print. Cannot render gradients or hairline type.

DTF Printing

13" × 19" max imprint · 5–7 business days

Full-color transfer heat-pressed onto the garment. No per-color setup, so photographs, gradients and complex artwork cost the same as a one-color logo. Usually the cheapest option under 100 pieces.

06 — What drives your price

No per-shirt price list, because it would be a lie

Anyone quoting you a flat per-shirt number before seeing your artwork is guessing, and the guess is usually low. Four things set the price, and we will show you all four broken out on your quote.

Quantity
Setup is a fixed cost spread across the run, so the per-piece price falls sharply as the order grows. Minimum is 12 pieces, mixed across sizes.
Ink colors
Screen printing charges a setup per color per location. DTF charges none — which is why full-color designs often come out cheaper as DTF below about 100 pieces.
Print locations
Front, back and sleeve are three locations, each its own setup and press pass. The same artwork reused at the same size and colors is charged setup once, not three times.
Garment
The blank is often the largest line on the invoice, especially on fleece and outerwear. We will show you two or three options at different price points rather than picking for you.

07 — Questions

Custom Shirt Printing in College Park, answered

Standard is 10 to 14 business days for screen printing and embroidery and 5 to 7 for DTF, measured from proof approval rather than from your first email. A 5-day rush is available at a 20% surcharge. Being in College Park removes shipping transit as a variable but it does not shorten production — so if your event is in eight days, call before you email, and have the artwork finished when you do.

Yes, and it usually saves real money. Setup is charged once per design per print location, so if four teams share a crest and only the garment color changes, that is one setup across the whole order instead of four. We can break the quote out per group so each treasurer gets a line they can reconcile against their own budget.

Twelve pieces total per order, mixed across sizes however you want. That is deliberately low enough for a small club. Below twelve we would have to charge in a way that makes the shirts a bad deal for you, so we would rather tell you to add a few extras and sell them at your next event.

We do not run a walk-in counter — we are appointment-only and ship every order, including local ones. For a College Park address that transit is short and inexpensive, and it is quoted with the job rather than added at the end. If a handoff genuinely needs to be arranged for a large campus order, ask when you request the quote and we will tell you honestly whether we can accommodate it.

Greek letters are usually two or three colors and screen print beautifully — crisp edges, thick ink, holds up to a wash cycle in a chapter house. If your design is full-color, photographic, or has a gradient behind the letters, DTF handles it without a per-color setup fee and usually wins on cost under a hundred pieces. Send the art and quantity and we will price it both ways.

That is most student orders, and it is fine. Vector files — AI, EPS or PDF with text outlined — are ideal. A 300 dpi PNG usually works. A screenshot from a group chat does not, but we will tell you that before you have paid for anything. In-house design starts at $50 per hour with two rounds of revisions, and we will estimate the hours before we begin.
