01 — The difference

A printer that answers, not a checkout that guesses

An online bulk uploader

  • — Price quoted before anyone has looked at your artwork
  • — No proof, or a proof you cannot change
  • — Color "close enough" to your brand guide
  • — Support is a ticket queue in another time zone
  • — Reorder next year does not match this year

Boring Tees

  • — A human reviews your art before quoting it
  • — Digital proof, revised until you approve it
  • — Pantone matched to your actual brand values
  • — 786-302-9144 reaches someone who knows your job
  • — Artwork, inks and garments documented for the reorder
  • — We will point you to the cheaper method, even when it earns us less

02 — Serving Las Olas

Why Las Olas orders look the way they do

Las Olas Boulevard runs on foot traffic and reservations, and the businesses along it — restaurants, boutique hotels, retail shops, and the law and real estate offices in the buildings above them — buy apparel the way any retail-facing corridor does: often, and usually on short notice. A restaurant rolling out a new menu wants fresh front-of-house tees before launch night. A boutique hotel restocking valet and bell staff needs six shirts, not sixty. A shop opening near Riverwalk needs a full set of staff shirts before the doors open.

What separates Las Olas from a one-time event order is the reorder cadence. Restaurant and hotel staff turn over constantly, and a new hire without a shirt on their first shift is a small daily failure that adds up over a season. We keep the ink colors, garment style and print file on record after the first order, so a reorder of eight shirts for new staff is a phone call and a short turnaround rather than a new design cycle — that is worth more here than a marginally lower unit price.

We are based near College Park, Maryland, and ship Las Olas orders by UPS or USPS to the address you provide. Order by phone or through the quote form; we confirm a digital proof before production.

03 — How it works

Four steps. You do two of them.

Turnaround is measured from proof approval, not from your first email — which means getting final artwork to us early is the single biggest thing you control.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Quantity, garment, artwork and your date. If you do not know which print method fits, say so — recommending one is part of the quote, not an upsell.

  2. 02

    You get a real quote

A written number, broken out so you can see what the garments cost, what the setup costs and what each print location adds. Not a range, and not "starting at."

  3. 03

    Approve the digital proof

We send a proof showing exact placement, dimensions and colors on the garment color you picked. Nothing goes to press until you sign off. The production clock starts here.

  4. 04

It prints and ships to you

Screen printing and embroidery run 10–14 business days, DTF 5–7. A 5-day rush is available for 20% more. Shipping is quoted with the job, not tacked on at the end.

04 — Who we print for

Built for how Las Olas actually orders

Restaurants & bars

Front-of-house tees, chef coats and back-of-house work shirts for the Boulevard's restaurant row. Reorders in a matching colorway are the recurring request, so ink colors and garment styles get documented on the first order.

Hotels & boutique lodging

Embroidered polos for valet, bell staff and front desk teams. Thread holds up to daily wear and commercial laundering in a way a printed logo does not, which matters for a garment worn five shifts a week.

Boutique retail & galleries

Shirts that get sold on a rack, not handed out. Retail-fit blanks and a soft-hand print, because a Las Olas boutique is pricing against the shop next door doing the same thing.

Law, real estate & professional offices

Client-event polos and onboarding apparel for the firms above the storefronts. Embroidery reads as considered rather than promotional, which is the point when the wearer is meeting a client.

Condo & property associations

Staff and board polos for the residential towers along the Isles and the Intracoastal. Thread colors get documented on order one so the third year still matches the first.

Event & gallery-walk organizers

Staff and vendor shirts for the Boulevard's art walks, holiday events and sidewalk sales. Fixed calendar dates mean the proof cycle needs to start early, not the week before.

05 — Methods

Three ways to put your logo on a garment

Screen Printing

14" × 17" max imprint · 10–14 business days

Ink pushed through a stencil, one screen per color. Cheapest per piece at volume on one- and two-color designs, and the most durable finish we offer. Setup is charged per color per location.

Embroidery

Digitized once per logo · 10–14 business days

Stitched directly into the garment. The right choice for polos, quarter-zips, caps and anything worn to work — it survives industrial laundering that would crack a print. Cannot render gradients or hairline type.

DTF Printing

13" × 19" max imprint · 5–7 business days

Full-color transfer heat-pressed onto the garment. No per-color setup, so photographs, gradients and complex artwork cost the same as a one-color logo. Usually the cheapest option under 100 pieces.

06 — What drives your price

No per-shirt price list, because it would be a lie

Anyone quoting you a flat per-shirt number before seeing your artwork is guessing, and the guess is usually low. Four things set the price, and we will show you all four broken out on your quote.

Quantity
Setup is a fixed cost spread across the run, so the per-piece price falls sharply as the order grows. Minimum is 24 pieces, mixed across sizes.
Ink colors
Screen printing charges a setup per color per location. DTF charges none — which is why full-color designs often come out cheaper as DTF below about 100 pieces.
Print locations
Front, back and sleeve are three locations, each its own setup and press pass. The same artwork reused at the same size and colors is charged setup once, not three times.
Garment
The blank is often the largest line on the invoice, especially on fleece and outerwear. We will show you two or three options at different price points rather than picking for you.

07 — Questions

Custom T-Shirts in Las Olas, answered

No. We are based near College Park, Maryland, and do not offer pickup or a Las Olas storefront. Orders are placed by phone or quote form, confirmed with a digital proof, and shipped by UPS or USPS.

Standard production is 10 to 14 business days for screen printing and embroidery and 5 to 7 for DTF, from proof approval. On a reorder of an existing design, that clock is the whole story — there is no new setup or digitizing step to wait on. If a new hire starts before that window closes, the 5-day rush at a 20% surcharge is built for exactly this.

Twenty-four pieces per order, mixed freely across sizes. That is reachable for a six-person front-of-house team ordering two shirts each, and it is the same minimum whether you are a single Las Olas storefront or a multi-location hospitality group.

Yes, using Pantone (PMS) values for screen printing and the closest available thread match for embroidery. Send the color from your brand standard or a swatch from an existing uniform piece and we will show the match on a digital proof before anything is produced.

For anything worn daily and laundered commercially — polos, valet jackets, front-desk shirts — embroidery holds up better than a print, which starts cracking after repeated industrial washing. For a seasonal or promotional tee that will not see that kind of wear, screen printing or DTF is the more economical choice.

Yes. Orders go to whatever address you give us — a back-of-house receiving door, a hotel loading dock, or a manager's office — and shipping is quoted with the job rather than added as a surprise later. Tell us the receiving hours if the location has them, and we will note it on the shipment.
