01 — The difference

A printer that answers, not a checkout that guesses

An online bulk uploader

  • — Price quoted before anyone has looked at your artwork
  • — No proof, or a proof you cannot change
  • — Color "close enough" to your brand guide
  • — Support is a ticket queue in another time zone
  • — Reorder next year does not match this year

Boring Tees

  • — A human reviews your art before quoting it
  • — Digital proof, revised until you approve it
  • — Pantone matched to your actual brand values
  • — 786-302-9144 reaches someone who knows your job
  • — Artwork, inks and garments documented for the reorder
  • — We will point you to the cheaper method, even when it earns us less

02 — Serving contractors and field crews

Why contractors and field crews orders look the way they do

Broward County's construction and trades base — general contractors, HVAC and mechanical crews, electricians, landscapers and field service techs — buys apparel differently than an office does. A work shirt gets worn five days a week, in South Florida heat, and has to survive that before it has to look good. We build these orders around the garment surviving the job, not around the design being clever.

Embroidery is the standard for daily workwear because it holds up to repeated washing and abrasion in a way a printed logo does not, so heavy-duty pocket tees and outerwear usually get an embroidered left-chest logo. For high-visibility apparel, we decorate ANSI/ISEA 107 compliant blanks — the compliance belongs to the garment itself, not to anything we add, and we position logos and lettering so decoration does not cover the required reflective tape. We are not a safety compliance authority, so if a job site has specific hi-vis requirements, confirm them with your safety officer before you order.

We ship by UPS or USPS to a job site, a shop or an office, with no pickup counter. Send us the garment style, quantity and logo, and we will send back a digital proof before anything goes to press.

03 — How it works

Four steps. You do two of them.

Turnaround is measured from proof approval, not from your first email — which means getting final artwork to us early is the single biggest thing you control.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Quantity, garment, artwork and your date. If you do not know which print method fits, say so — recommending one is part of the quote, not an upsell.

  2. 02

    You get a real quote

A written number, broken out so you can see what the garments cost, what the setup costs and what each print location adds. Not a range, and not "starting at."

  3. 03

    Approve the digital proof

We send a proof showing exact placement, dimensions and colors on the garment color you picked. Nothing goes to press until you sign off. The production clock starts here.

  4. 04

It prints and ships to you

Screen printing and embroidery run 10–14 business days, DTF 5–7. A 5-day rush is available for 20% more. Shipping is quoted with the job, not tacked on at the end.

04 — Who we print for

Built for how contractors and field crews actually order

General contractors

Embroidered job-site polos for supervisors and heavy-duty screen-printed pocket tees for crews. A shared company logo across both keeps the setup count low even with two garment types.

HVAC & mechanical contractors

Embroidered work shirts and outerwear for techs who are in and out of a truck all day. Stitching holds up to the grease and repeated washing that a printed logo does not.

Electrical contractors

Left-chest embroidered logos on work shirts and safety vests, with the company name legible at arm's length. We keep the digitized file on file so new hires match the rest of the crew.

Landscaping & lawn care crews

Screen-printed or embroidered work shirts and caps built for a high-turnover crew and constant sun exposure. Simple one-color designs keep reorders cheap as headcount changes.

Plumbing companies

Branded work shirts and embroidered outerwear for techs on residential and commercial calls, where a recognizable uniform matters for a customer answering the door.

Field service & utility crews

Decorated high-visibility shirts and vests plus embroidered base layers for crews working roadside or on active sites. We place logos to keep required reflective tape clear.

05 — Methods

Three ways to put your logo on a garment

Screen Printing

14" × 17" max imprint · 10–14 business days

Ink pushed through a stencil, one screen per color. Cheapest per piece at volume on one- and two-color designs, and the most durable finish we offer. Setup is charged per color per location.

Embroidery

Digitized once per logo · 10–14 business days

Stitched directly into the garment. The right choice for polos, quarter-zips, caps and anything worn to work — it survives industrial laundering that would crack a print. Cannot render gradients or hairline type.

DTF Printing

13" × 19" max imprint · 5–7 business days

Full-color transfer heat-pressed onto the garment. No per-color setup, so photographs, gradients and complex artwork cost the same as a one-color logo. Usually the cheapest option under 100 pieces.

06 — What drives your price

No per-shirt price list, because it would be a lie

Anyone quoting you a flat per-shirt number before seeing your artwork is guessing, and the guess is usually low. Four things set the price, and we will show you all four broken out on your quote.

Quantity
Setup is a fixed cost spread across the run, so the per-piece price falls sharply as the order grows. Minimum is 24 pieces, mixed across sizes.
Ink colors
Screen printing charges a setup per color per location. DTF charges none — which is why full-color designs often come out cheaper as DTF below about 100 pieces.
Print locations
Front, back and sleeve are three locations, each its own setup and press pass. The same artwork reused at the same size and colors is charged setup once, not three times.
Garment
The blank is often the largest line on the invoice, especially on fleece and outerwear. We will show you two or three options at different price points rather than picking for you.

+20%5-business-day rush, when the calendar requires it.

$35Art change fee, if the design moves after approval.

07 — Questions

Safety Shirts & Workwear in Fort Lauderdale, answered

We decorate ANSI/ISEA 107 compliant hi-vis blanks with your logo, keeping the artwork clear of the required reflective tape. The compliance rating belongs to the blank garment as manufactured, not to anything we add — we are not a safety certification body, so for a job site with specific hi-vis requirements, confirm the spec with your safety officer before ordering.

For a shirt worn and washed daily, yes. Thread survives repeated commercial or home laundering, abrasion and grease exposure far better than printed ink, which tends to crack and fade within a season under that kind of use. Screen printing still makes sense for lower-cost, higher-turnover apparel like a seasonal crew tee that is not expected to last years.

Yes, from our standard garment catalog, in weights built for job-site wear rather than retail fit. Tell us the trade and conditions — outdoor, indoor, around grease or chemicals — and we will point you to a garment and decoration method suited to it rather than defaulting to the cheapest option.

Twenty-four pieces per order, mixed freely across sizes. That is reachable for a crew of a dozen guys ordering two shirts each, and the same minimum applies whether you run a two-truck operation or a full contracting company.

Yes, as long as each reorder still meets the twenty-four-piece minimum. We keep your logo, thread colors and garment style on file, so a reorder six months later — for new hires or replacement shirts — uses the same setup without re-digitizing or rematching colors.

Standard is 10 to 14 business days for embroidery and screen printing, 5 to 7 for DTF, from proof approval. A 5-day rush is available for a 20% surcharge. Hurricane season prep and the winter construction push are when we see the most rush requests from Broward County contractors, so ordering ahead of those windows is genuinely cheaper.
