01 — The difference

A printer that answers, not a checkout that guesses

An online bulk uploader

  • — Price quoted before anyone has looked at your artwork
  • — No proof, or a proof you cannot change
  • — Color "close enough" to your brand guide
  • — Support is a ticket queue in another time zone
  • — Reorder next year does not match this year

Boring Tees

  • — A human reviews your art before quoting it
  • — Digital proof, revised until you approve it
  • — Pantone matched to your actual brand values
  • 786-302-9144 reaches someone who knows your job
  • — Artwork, inks and garments documented for the reorder
  • — We will point you to the cheaper method, even when it earns us less

02 — Serving Tysons

Why Tysons orders look the way they do

Tysons and McLean hold one of the densest concentrations of corporate headquarters and government contractors in the country, and the apparel that market buys is unlike anything else in the DMV. It is rarely a t-shirt. It is an embroidered quarter-zip in an onboarding kit, a performance polo for a booth team at a conference, a softshell for an executive offsite, a cap for a client site visit.

Two things follow from that. First, the brand standards are real and enforced — there is a communications team, a locked PMS palette, and a logo lockup with mandatory clear space. We work from your brand guide and proof against it rather than getting close and hoping. Second, these orders recur on a predictable cycle. Onboarding kits get restocked quarterly. Conference season repeats annually. That makes reorder fidelity the whole relationship: thread colors, garment styles and stitch files documented on order one so order five still matches.

We print and stitch in College Park and ship to Tysons offices, event venues or directly to a fulfillment address. Appointment-only, no showroom.

03 — How it works

Four steps. You do two of them.

Turnaround is measured from proof approval, not from your first email — which means getting final artwork to us early is the single biggest thing you control.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Quantity, garment, artwork and your date. If you do not know which print method fits, say so — recommending one is part of the quote, not an upsell.

  2. 02

    You get a real quote

A written number, broken out so you can see what the garments cost, what the setup costs and what each print location adds. Not a range, and not "starting at."

  3. 03

    Approve the digital proof

We send a proof showing exact placement, dimensions and colors on the garment color you picked. Nothing goes to press until you sign off. The production clock starts here.

  4. 04

It prints and ships to you

Screen printing and embroidery run 10–14 business days, DTF 5–7. A 5-day rush is available for 20% more. Shipping is quoted with the job, not tacked on at the end.

04 — Who we print for

Built for how Tysons actually orders

Government contractors

Onboarding apparel, team kits and client-site garments. Embroidered polos and softshells hold up to a badge lanyard and read appropriately in a secure facility where a graphic tee does not.

Corporate headquarters

All-hands apparel, executive gifts and offsite kits. Locked brand palettes are the norm — send the guide with the PMS values and we proof against it rather than approximating.

Conference & trade show teams

Booth staff polos, giveaway tees and speaker apparel for events at the Convention Center, Gaylord and Tysons venues. Fixed dates mean the proof cycle starts early, not the week before.

Recruiting & campus programs

Career fair apparel, intern cohort gear and university recruiting kits. These repeat every cycle, so keeping the art and garment on file removes a procurement step each time.

Consultancies & professional services

Client-event quarter-zips, retreat apparel and partner gifts. When the garment carries the firm name to a client site, the finish matters more than the unit price.

Associations & industry groups

Annual meeting apparel, committee and board gifts, sponsor merchandise. Multi-logo jobs where a sponsor mark sits alongside the host brand are routine.

05 — Methods

Three ways to put your logo on a garment

Screen Printing

14" × 17" max imprint · 10–14 business days

Ink pushed through a stencil, one screen per color. Cheapest per piece at volume on one- and two-color designs, and the most durable finish we offer. Setup is charged per color per location.

Embroidery

Digitized once per logo · 10–14 business days

Stitched directly into the garment. The right choice for polos, quarter-zips, caps and anything worn to work — it survives industrial laundering that would crack a print. Cannot render gradients or hairline type.

DTF Printing

13" × 19" max imprint · 5–7 business days

Full-color transfer heat-pressed onto the garment. No per-color setup, so photographs, gradients and complex artwork cost the same as a one-color logo. Usually the cheapest option under 100 pieces.

06 — What drives your price

No per-shirt price list, because it would be a lie

Anyone quoting you a flat per-shirt number before seeing your artwork is guessing, and the guess is usually low. Four things set the price, and we will show you all four broken out on your quote.

Quantity
Setup is a fixed cost spread across the run, so the per-piece price falls sharply as the order grows. Minimum is 12 pieces, mixed across sizes.
Ink colors
Screen printing charges a setup per color per location. DTF charges none — which is why full-color designs often come out cheaper as DTF below about 100 pieces.
Print locations
Front, back and sleeve are three locations, each its own setup and press pass. The same artwork reused at the same size and colors is charged setup once, not three times.
Garment
The blank is often the largest line on the invoice, especially on fleece and outerwear. We will show you two or three options at different price points rather than picking for you.

12 piecesMinimum order, mixed freely across sizes.

+20%5-business-day rush, when the calendar requires it.

$35Art change fee, if the design moves after approval.

07 — Questions

Corporate Apparel Printing in Tysons, answered

Yes, and we prefer it. Send the guide with the PMS values, the approved logo lockups and any clear-space rules. We mix screen print inks to Pantone and select thread colors to the closest available match, then show both on the proof for sign-off. If your palette includes a color thread cannot reach exactly — some fluorescents and metallics — we will say so up front rather than after production.

That is the design goal. On order one we document the garment style and color, the ink or thread colors, the logo placement and dimensions, and the digitized stitch file. Reorders reference that record, so order five matches order one. As long as art, size and colors are unchanged, embroidery reorders also skip the digitizing step and screen print reorders skip the setup charge.

For a professional environment, embroidered garments outperform printed ones — a quarter-zip, a performance polo, or a softshell. Port Authority is our default for consistent sizing and reliable restocks across quarters, which matters when you are refilling the same kit for two years. If the kit also needs a casual piece, a retail-fit tee from Bella+Canvas or Next Level pairs well without feeling like conference swag.

Yes. Split shipments to several addresses, a venue loading dock, or a fulfillment partner are all workable — tell us the split when you request the quote so it is priced correctly rather than adjusted after. For event venues, give us the receiving contact and any delivery window the venue enforces, because conference centers are strict about when they will accept freight.

Ten to fourteen business days for embroidery and screen printing, 5 to 7 for DTF, from proof approval. A 5-day rush costs 20% more. For a fixed conference date, work backward and add buffer for internal approvals — in a corporate environment the proof usually has to clear marketing and sometimes legal, and that review is the step that runs long, not production.

Twelve pieces per order, which is rarely a constraint at this scale. What is worth knowing is the opposite end: setup and digitizing are one-time charges, so the per-piece cost improves substantially between a run of 25 and a run of 250. If you are placing quarterly orders of similar size, ask us to price a consolidated annual run — it is frequently cheaper even accounting for storage on your side.
