01 — The difference

A printer that answers, not a checkout that guesses

An online bulk uploader

  • — Price quoted before anyone has looked at your artwork
  • — No proof, or a proof you cannot change
  • — Color "close enough" to your brand guide
  • — Support is a ticket queue in another time zone
  • — Reorder next year does not match this year

Boring Tees

  • — A human reviews your art before quoting it
  • — Digital proof, revised until you approve it
  • — Pantone matched to your actual brand values
  • — 786-302-9144 reaches someone who knows your job
  • — Artwork, inks and garments documented for the reorder
  • — We will point you to the cheaper method, even when it earns us less

02 — Serving restaurants and hotels

Why restaurants and hotels orders look the way they do

Fort Lauderdale's hospitality industry runs on staff apparel that has to survive a shift, not just a photo shoot. Beachfront resorts, multi-location dining groups and event venues across Broward County order front-of-house tees, embroidered chef coats, aprons and polos on a repeating schedule — new hires, seasonal turnover, a menu relaunch — and the garment has to look the same on day one and day two hundred.

That repetition is why fabric and ink choice matter more here than the design itself. A front-of-house tee needs a stain-resistant fabric and a colorfast ink that will not bleed or fade after a hundred commercial wash cycles. A chef coat or apron usually gets embroidered rather than printed because it goes through a laundering schedule that would crack a printed logo within a season. We pick the method based on what the garment actually has to survive, not on which one is easiest to run.

We ship by UPS or USPS to a restaurant, hotel or venue address. There is no storefront for pickup. Reorders are the real test of a hospitality vendor: we keep ink colors, thread colors and garment styles on file so a reorder six months out still matches the shirt a server is wearing today.

03 — How it works

Four steps. You do two of them.

Turnaround is measured from proof approval, not from your first email — which means getting final artwork to us early is the single biggest thing you control.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Quantity, garment, artwork and your date. If you do not know which print method fits, say so — recommending one is part of the quote, not an upsell.

  2. 02

    You get a real quote

A written number, broken out so you can see what the garments cost, what the setup costs and what each print location adds. Not a range, and not "starting at."

  3. 03

    Approve the digital proof

We send a proof showing exact placement, dimensions and colors on the garment color you picked. Nothing goes to press until you sign off. The production clock starts here.

  4. 04

It prints and ships to you

Screen printing and embroidery run 10–14 business days, DTF 5–7. A 5-day rush is available for 20% more. Shipping is quoted with the job, not tacked on at the end.

04 — Who we print for

Built for how restaurants and hotels actually order

Beachfront resorts & hotels

Front-desk polos, pool and beach staff tees, and banquet apparel that has to survive sun exposure as well as washing. Colorfast ink and stain-resistant fabric matter more here than the design.

Independent & fine dining restaurants

Front-of-house tees and embroidered chef coats for a single location. We document ink and thread colors on the first order so a reorder a year later still matches.

Multi-location restaurant groups

The same logo across several locations is one setup, not one per site, as long as the design, size and colors stay identical. That is where the real savings sit for a group placing recurring orders.

Catering & event venues

Banquet and event staff apparel, embroidered aprons, and one-off event-branded tees for private functions. Fixed event dates mean the proof cycle needs to start early.

Bars & nightlife venues

Staff tees and event promo shirts for downtown and beach-area venues. Screen printing keeps unit costs low on higher-volume giveaway runs.

Coffee shops & quick-service

Aprons and staff tees on a budget-conscious reorder cycle. A simple one-color logo on a twenty-four-piece minimum keeps the cost per shift low.

05 — Methods

Three ways to put your logo on a garment

Screen Printing

14" × 17" max imprint · 10–14 business days

Ink pushed through a stencil, one screen per color. Cheapest per piece at volume on one- and two-color designs, and the most durable finish we offer. Setup is charged per color per location.

Embroidery

Digitized once per logo · 10–14 business days

Stitched directly into the garment. The right choice for polos, quarter-zips, caps and anything worn to work — it survives industrial laundering that would crack a print. Cannot render gradients or hairline type.

DTF Printing

13" × 19" max imprint · 5–7 business days

Full-color transfer heat-pressed onto the garment. No per-color setup, so photographs, gradients and complex artwork cost the same as a one-color logo. Usually the cheapest option under 100 pieces.

06 — What drives your price

No per-shirt price list, because it would be a lie

Anyone quoting you a flat per-shirt number before seeing your artwork is guessing, and the guess is usually low. Four things set the price, and we will show you all four broken out on your quote.

Quantity
Setup is a fixed cost spread across the run, so the per-piece price falls sharply as the order grows. Minimum is 24 pieces, mixed across sizes.
Ink colors
Screen printing charges a setup per color per location. DTF charges none — which is why full-color designs often come out cheaper as DTF below about 100 pieces.
Print locations
Front, back and sleeve are three locations, each its own setup and press pass. The same artwork reused at the same size and colors is charged setup once, not three times.
Garment
The blank is often the largest line on the invoice, especially on fleece and outerwear. We will show you two or three options at different price points rather than picking for you.

24 piecesMinimum order, mixed freely across sizes.

+20%5-business-day rush, when the calendar requires it.

$35Art change fee, if the design moves after approval.

07 — Questions

Restaurant & Hospitality Uniforms in Fort Lauderdale, answered

We can source garments suited to a restaurant floor — darker colorways and blends that hide spills better than a plain white tee, though no fabric is actually stain-proof. Tell us the role (server, bartender, host) and we will recommend a garment and color that holds up better to a shift than whatever looks best on a hanger.

Embroidered, in almost every case. Chef coats and aprons go through industrial laundering and bleach exposure that cracks a printed logo within a season. Thread survives that cycle. The one exception is a one-time event apron that will not see repeated washing, where a print is cheaper and perfectly fine.

Yes, and that is the easiest way to keep costs down. As long as the artwork, garment and colors are identical across locations, it is one setup charged once rather than once per site. We can also split the shipment across locations or ship everything to one commissary for internal distribution — tell us which when you request the quote.

Twenty-four pieces total per order, mixed freely across sizes. That is reachable for a single small restaurant's front-of-house team, and the same minimum applies to a resort ordering for a much larger staff.

Standard is 10 to 14 business days for screen printing and embroidery, 5 to 7 for DTF, from proof approval. A 5-day rush is available for a 20% surcharge. South Florida's winter tourist season is when most hospitality reorders come in, so ordering a few weeks ahead of a staffing ramp-up avoids paying the rush fee at all.

Not if we use the right ink for the fabric and cure it properly, which is a production detail rather than a design choice. Colorfast inks and correct curing are standard on our end. What actually shortens a shirt's life is aggressive commercial laundering over many months — expected wear, not a defect — so we will tell you honestly what lifespan to expect from a given garment and print combination.
