Count the whole run before pricing it
A staff shirt, volunteer tee and event giveaway may look alike but need different size mixes. List the recipients and size quantities first, then decide whether one garment can cover the whole group. Our 24-piece minimum can be mixed across sizes. A second print location or extra ink color changes the quote, so decide which details are essential before proofing.
Separate the logo from the event details
If a business logo will be reused, keep its clean master file separate from event-specific dates or sponsor text. Send vector art where possible and identify brand colors. We can review whether one or two screens will hold the detail, or whether a full-color transfer would make more sense for a complex design.
